Graduate student Jasmine Quah showcased her original artwork, “The ‘Cherry’ on Top,” at the 13th Biennial International Eosinophil Society (IES) Congress, held July 7–11, 2025, in Montpellier, France. Her piece, submitted to the IES “Eosinophil Art Contest,” creatively reimagines eosinophils, epithelial cells, and other immune cells as elements of a vibrant 
dessert scene. The illustration blends scientific accuracy with artistic flair, using dessert imagery and staining-inspired details to highlight the hidden beauty of cellular biology.
